FAQs

  • Does the Sit N Lift fit on all office chairs?
We took our Sit N Lift prototype to a Staples and Office Max and tested it on over 30 different office chair models and it fit seamlessly on every single one. Sit N Lift is designed to fit all standard office chairs. The only exception may be if the chair already has a component underneath that could obstruct attachment.
  • Is Sit N Lift an original, patented design?
Absolutely. Sit N Lift is 100% our own design, created from the ground up. We proudly secured a patent from the United States Patent and Trademark Office granted on February 4, 2024. You won’t find anything else like it on the market!
  • When is the newest shipment coming in?
Expected delivery is April of 2025, with a built-in buffer to ensure we meet this timeline. We’re confident we can deliver as planned but we’ll keep you updated on our progress and notify you if anything changes, whether ahead of schedule or slightly delayed.
  • Is assembly required?
We’re proud to say that Sit N Lift is designed for both easy setup and user-friendly operation. Once delivered, you’ll receive an email with a quick tutorial covering the 2-minute setup process and available workouts. To set it up, simply place the Sit N Lift on your chair, reach underneath to snap and tighten the two buckles, adjust the length, angle, and height of the extension, and then select the resistance band that best suits your current needs. It's as simple as that!
  • How can I work out my arms with a Sit N Lift?
We include handles that easily clip onto the resistance bands, allowing you to target muscles like your biceps and triceps with curls or even work your shoulders with front raises. Each Sit N Lift comes with five different resistance bands to accommodate all levels of difficulty, ensuring you can tailor each workout to your strength and goals.
  • What is your refund policy?
If you need to cancel your pre-order, you can do so any time before January 31, 2025, and no charges will apply. After January 31, the funds will be going directly toward production, so refunds are limited. However, we’re committed to ensuring a positive experience, and if any significant issues arise, we’ll work with our customers on a case-by-case basis to address them. Our goal is to keep communication open and transparent throughout the fulfillment process.
